2. Once a payment is successfully made and the service is activated, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
3. In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but the service is not activated, the user may contact our support team for resolution. Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 5-7 working days.
4. Cancellation requests will only be considered if the service has not been activated. Once activated, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
