JEMS is a business reporting and management solution designed specifically for the jewellery industry. The app enables users to view business reports, inventory, sales, purchases, and accounting data by synchronizing with the user’s existing business system via a secure cloud-connected database via a secure interface.
During registration and use of the application, we collect information necessary for account authentication and software functionality:
The application synchronizes data from a secure VPS MySQL database connected to the user’s primary business system. Users can view comprehensive reports (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Dues) and perform limited bidirectional updates that reflect back in the main business system.

We respect your business privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share any user or business data with third parties. All data remains under the full control of the respective business owner using the software.
We implement industry-standard technical measures, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), to protect your data. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no digital system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Users have full control over their account data. We provide two secure methods for data deletion:

Users may request data deletion outside the app by emailing ranjitrk1@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days following identity verification.
Users are responsible for maintaining proper backups of their business data through their primary business system. JEMS is a reporting tool and should not be considered the sole storage system.
The application requires internet access for secure login, database synchronization, fetching business reports, and software updates.
The application is provided "as-is" for reporting and calculation purposes only. Developers shall not be liable for any data loss, business loss, or profit loss arising from the use of the application under any circumstances.
